Types of Orthodontic Braces

Orthodontist, Benjamin Creed and the staff at Creed Orthodontics have been trained to provide the Cypress, Texas community with the most advanced orthodontic treatment available. Recognizing that choosing the right type of braces can be a difficult decision, which is why we have provided a list of several treatments we provide and their descriptions below.

Metal Braces

Metal braces are the most common types of braces. These stainless steel braces are smaller than they have been in past years and provide significantly more comfort.

Empower Clear

Empower clear is a series of self-ligating braces from American Orthodontics. These ceramic-based braces allow for quicker and easier wire adjustments and provide exceptional treatment results. Additionally, ceramic braces are much less noticeable than their metal counterparts.

Indirect Bonding

Indirect bonding benefits our patients immensely by minimizing discomfort and making orthodontic treatment as efficient as possible. This method of orthodontic treatment allows us to place the brackets with incredible accuracy and saves you time by placing them all at once rather than tooth by tooth.

Invisalign Clear Aligners

Rather than being cemented or bonded, the Invisalign system is a series of clear aligners that are completely removable which allows for greater comfort, the ability to eat what you’d like, and are invisible to those around you.
